Feature Request: Measurement and dimensioning

can we please get an automatically measure distances and place dimensions tool for photoshop.

does not need to be a full blown CAD like tool with all the technical details.
just a basic tool for simple dimensioning.

photoshop already has tools to measure.
it can paint arrows and lines so it should be no problem to code such a tool.
