Fix performance of brush tool, it feels like dragging mud.

The performance of brush tool is a disaster for artists using photoshop to create illustrations, latest version of photoshop is so sluggish brush tool feels like dragging mud. (Even after smoothness to 0).

This needs to be fixed it’s serious we are using Photoshop for our jobs, Adobe do your work please, Ps version 27.6 and still a disaster of a brush tool.
