Focus Mode not working?

I thought Focus Mode in Photoshop was supposed to suppress all these kind of "pop-ups" that are very distracting and get in the way of panels such as the one shown in the screenshot below.

Photoshop 2025>Settings>Technology Previews (Mac) Edit>Preferences>Technology Prviews (Windows)

Enable Focus Mode

Some even pop-up right in the middle of the document area when one is actually working on a document.

I can't tell you what a distraction that is when your trying show a client some work and these kinds of distractions keep popping up.
