Frame io Photoshop integration only available in Enterprise

Hi Adobe, I find my workflow has now settled into a fully Adobe applications one, great for you guys. However I am not an Enterprise user, therefore can't access Frame io from within Photoshop and indeed Lightroom. I can do this from within Premier & Aftereffects. So why do I have to be an Enterprse user to avoid the workaround of exporting files then uploading them outside of Photoshop ? It's an annoying and seemingly uneccessary restriction. It would be great if this barrier could be lifted.
