There are wires in many city and landscape photos that one wants to remove. Wires that cross trees or in front of buildings. The remove tool clears teh background too and that is not what one wants to do. If would be so nice to click on a wire (or a post) and the software selects it and then removes it. Having to use the lasso tool to select a wire is not an easy task and a very time consuming. Difficult to follow a wire with a mouse. Maybe a select tool e.g. select object except is a one click step. Similar to using a lasso tool to remove an object by just clicking on the wire!
