Give "The smart object must be rasterized before proceeding" a checkbox that says do not show again

I would kike the ability to disable the prompt that comes after you try to edit a smart object.  A simple "do not show again" checkbox is all it needs to be. If I want to rasterize my smart object I can do that from the right click menu.
