Have the option to not load my entire font library instead of just the ones activated by a 3rd party program like Font Agent

Turning off foreign fonts in Adobe on Mac Tahoe. I currently use the font manager Font Agent (FA) to select the fonts that I want to use for a project. I scroll through my fonts that I have carefully categorized so that I’m able to just activate the fonts I need. This makes my workflow quick and prevents my apps from lagging. I have been frustrated with seeing my font list include a ton of foreign fonts in my font menu, especially when I have no use for them. I recently discovered that Adobe does have a way to turn off foreign fonts within Photoshop but it only turns them off from my entire font library and not just the fonts that I use frequently that were activated in FA. That means that Adobe is loading my entire font library every time I open it. When I click on the font selection field, a list of fonts appears. The default is a list called "Your Fonts" these are fonts that have been activated by FA. But included in that list are all the foreign fonts that I never activated anywhere because they are part of the OS so they don’t show up in FA and I am not able to deactivate them there. If in Photoshop, I click on the tab "More Fonts" (its small type at the top of the font menu), there is a button that says “All Languages” so I can find English from the drop down and select that. That removes all the foreign fonts from my entire Library menu but does nothing for my "activated" font list called "My Fonts". Adobe should surely have an option for preferred language in "My Fonts" list as well. Another problem is that when I close out of photoshop and open a new file, I have to go in and select English again. It does however, seem to stay with the document once I've selected it. I have a lot of fonts, so maneuvering between these 2 tabs is slow. That is precisely why I use 3rd party software to manage my fonts: I don't want Adobe to load all my fonts every time I open a document. This seems to have been added somewhere along the way without telling anyone how the new font management works. I can at this point choose serif, sans etc. right in Adobe font menu list and that's a nice feature but it's actually more helpful for me to select my fonts in FA where I can see what a whole block of text looks like or see what a headline looks like before activating only the fonts I want to use. Maybe there was a reason for not using 3rd party software for fonts but there needs to be a way to not load my entire library when I open the app.  A lot of designers are complaining about this on the Mac forum, but it looks like it may be an Adobe issue. I also don’t know where it is pulling the fonts from because I have mine in a separate folder.
