How to enable toggle last state in Photoshop free transform?

Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to activate the toggle last state in free transform, is that right??I was using the cs6 version and I am using the latest version, but the function that I used often in cs6 is not working in the latest version, so I am very sad and embarrassed Please add this function
