Idea for those people that use multiple screens

I save a lot of workspace preferences for different types of work I do. Particulaly between drawing on a Cyntiq and when I'm simply adjusting or designing. Sometimes when I migrate from one workspace to another the Option bar either disappears. I look at all three screens and nowhere to be found. I have to try and move to another workspace to get it back on, but the previous workspace is pretty useless when it disappears. I tried hiding it and not hiding it it simply isn't there.

Other times the left edge of the option bar for some reason is in-between two screens and I can't grab the edge to move it over.
So my idea is why can't the right edge of the option bar also be used to grab it? It would solve one part of this issue. It seems like a very simply thing to do. 

I don't know this this may have already been fixed since I'm using Adobe 2024 on macOS Monterey. I've been having this issue for years. I was always hoping a new update woudl address this (can't update anymore cause my computer is outdated).
