IMPORTANT (Middle-Mouse-PAN)

Hello, I'm a lifelong user of photoshop. But, one simple update I think would REALLY help bring in new users is if we had a (middle-mouse-pan) control option. Other software are much easier to use because of this. This is actually probably the primary reason I've heard people not use photoshop when coming from other software, and I think it's sad because I feel in 2024 we should be able to have this kinda of intuative control by now. Having middle-mouse-zoom, middle-mouse-pan, all in the right hand saves a lot of time, and is super easy to use for most people. I hope we can get this feature included in the future,

Thank you for your time -

Thank you for the suggested work-around, but this is not a solution.
This requires me to download and install 3rd party software, manually assign a workaround, and possibly have some kind of toggle to disable in other programs if the software isn't able to detect and differentiate photoshop from something else.
It should be *trivial* for adobe to add a checkbox in the options to recognize the middle-mouse press as 'h'.

I mean, I have used external software/drivers to map the middle mouse button manually for this. But, my point is, to expect the average user to need to do that for a feature that is standard and default in most other software is a bit extreme in my opinion.

@Kevin27098795k2vt most mice that have a middle button also come with software/drivers that allow for mapping features. Previously I've mapped my middle mouse to the hand tool allowing panning.
