Improve INFO panel Options: after 1st 2nd color readout, add colorSampler readout mode option

My team receives weekly around 13000 images for color matching.

To be more productive and read the HSB values of color, we would benefit from having the option of getting immediate HSB values when we add a color sampler. 

13000 X 2 color samplers per image = 26000 color samplers and 26000 RGB to HSB values changes.

Please let us have the choice to add HSB values on the INFO panel by adding any new colorSampler. 

The idea is to add another third line after "First color readout" and "Second color readout" regarding the mode preference of any new color sampler.
