Hi Kualkier

Do you know about Other Versions in the Creative Cloud Desktop app?

That currently lets us install back to V26.0 Is that far enough back for you?

What are the issues that prevent you installing the current version?

Does your system not make minimum spec, for instance?

Have been able to install recent versions and had problems?

There are some known issues, so if you could give us more information, you might get a more complete answer.
