Is There a Rotate in Liquify?

Hello guys. I want to rotate the photo while in the Luquify menu. Is there any way to do this? Or it could be added in a new update because most of the time I feel the need to rotate the photo while luquifying.

    I'm not sure how complex the computations would need to be to allow the canvas to rotate while actively liquifying a mesh. One workaround is to use this on a smart object that you can liquify, save, then rotate and then go back into liquify to continue editing.
