Keyboard Shortcuts Problem

Can someone please tell me why I can't use letters as a shortcut key for Application Menu and Panel Menu? Or is it just how Photoshop works? Because in CSP, I can use the keyboard letters on any tool that I want. This is pretty annoying since I use some of my pentab's buttons and dial for the shortcuts in CSP. But if I can't do the same in Photoshop, then it'll be a big problem. Please help.

    That would be helpful, but idk if that would bring much help to me since I'm using a 2020 version of Photoshop. I can't update to the latest one because of my low-end pc, so I won't be able to use that feauture if the Photoshop staff puts it in.

      Single key shortcuts are for tools only in Photoshop.

      A moderator can, if you like, move your post from Discussions to Ideas, so that it will become a feature request that will be reviewed by Adobe staff. If it gets enough votes, they might consider it.
