Left handed scrollbars

Photoshop desktop is just not that great for left-handed users. My greatest frustration with it is the fact that there seems to be no option to have the scrollbars on any panel be on the left side instead of right. Because of this right-handed interface, my left hand often covers the layers in my layer panel when I try to reach the scrollbar. 

Left-handed scrollbars is a feature that has been brought up for so, so many years already, please make it finally happen this year! This has been brought up since 6 whole years ago and still nothing has been done to make scrolling, an integral part of the PS interface, left-handed user friendly.
