Let Transform handle follow the standards we are used to

In all apps, transform handles work like this:

- Dragging a corner transforms the selection with constrained aspect ratio.

- Dragging a center handle constrains in either vertical or horizontal dimension.

For some reason Photoshop does not follow this standard.
