Line Tool that uses Brush Texture on Path

So I know you can stroke a Line path with a brush but I would like to automate this process, and just be able to draw a line with the texture of whatever brush you select, with pressure sensativity as an option. Why? Well I draw a lot of buildings, and love getting that natural pencil line look for work (Alot of people in architecture do as well).

Im aware you can hold shift using a brush to make a line. The problem is using a normal brush and holding shift alot of times the pressure senstivity fades the line so I have to draw it over and over or modify the brush and lose some of its characteristics. What I like about the  LINE tool is that you can see where your line is being drawn before you make it, so essentially its easier and faster, but lacks the natural look of the brushes (again unless you make a path and stroke it, which is  slow if you have 1000  lines to draw to make a building or city).

Please consider it, I think alot of people who draw , especially landscape or cityscape for tv/movies/games, architecture would really enjoy this.

You can do this in Illustrator. Have you tried Adobe Fresco on the iPad? It's a much richer drawing experience and you can do this - there is actually a ruler to draw straight lines with brushes.
