Line up effects pleaaaaaaaase!

As someone who uses several programs like After effects and Photoshop, i hate it when one does not have the same simple option as the other does. Could you PLEASEEEE finaly ones compare them! 

Like ae glow and the lack of in in photoshop. Im sure many can think of more. It would save so much time!!
