Lock title tab to App frame

Just as you can lock the tabs of your workspace ...eg layers, channel, swatches etc ...I propose the ability to lock the title tab of document itself (ie the tab that says the title ....eg Untitled-1... )...

I keep accidently grabbing the bar (where the tabs are) while drawing and it grabs the canvas and it becomes a floating window which is very irritating! Anyone else concur?
