Make BRUSH blending mode hotkeys changeable.

Currently, Photoshop is the only software I know of that lets me change the BRUSH blending modes with hotkeys. Do not misinterpret this to be about LAYERS!

Shift+Alt+<X> (where X is N, O, M, S, etc) work great. However, these hotkeys are undocumented and can only be found in a Google search. There is no possibility to change this inside of Photoshop -> Edit -> Change Keyboard Shortcuts. I strongly recommend that PS developers add editable shortcuts for this feature -- as well as introducing a "search" feature for keyboard shortcuts. Photoshop includes many hidden shortcuts, and this fact is certainly hurting adoption of your software based on my private chats elsewhere. Many digital painters don't even realize this can be done.

More importantly, I found posts dating back to 8 years ago which asked Adobe to make these shortcuts editable. Let that sink in: a simple request was ignored for 8 years.

As you can imagine, anyone who digital-paints and relies on brush blending modes would find the acrobatics required to press Shift+Alt+<X> to be detrimental to health (carpal tunnel). Nor should I have to buy a third party device that lets me define macros. Nor should I have to write my own AutoHotKey scripts.

Further still, I tried to bump old posts instead of creating a new thread, but my content was either not recorded, or deleted. I'm trying a fouth time to register this basic feature improvement with Adobe after phoning support, who suggested I try yet another post. I hope this post survives, and that Adobe takes this request seriously.

Hello, I intend to make a meta request listing all the many ideas that request accessibility to hardwired keyboard shortcuts.

I also strongly support the idea of a search bar in the KBSC editor.

In the meantime, here is the list of the keyboard shortcuts: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/default-keyboard-shortcuts.html/ then do a search for "normal" on that page.

There is also Sergei's Kritii's panels: https://kritskiy.gumroad.com/l/brusherator
