Make Lassos Save-able

When outlining an area with a lasoo, it would be very convenient to save that particular lasoo with the image file. That way it could be easily recalled and reused instead of having to redraw the lasoo.

The saved lasoo would only be available on the individual file that the lasoo was created on.
