neural filter jpg artifact removal preview

The jpg artifact removal neural filter does a wonderful job, but it would be nice to have a preview.
As it currently behaves, as soon as you turn the neural filter switch on, it automatically starts processing at the highest strength.  If I want to compare the results of each strength, I need to run them all separately, and perhaps output them all to their own layers, and deleting the two that aren't the best.

Ideally, the user could select an area of their layer to preview, and photoshop would remove artifacts from just that area, and ask which strength to complete the task with.  This would save me a great deal of time; running this filter on a M2 Ultra mac studio can still take a minute or longer, depending on the size of the image.  Currently, if you wanted to run the filter on each strength and choose the best output, you'd need to wait at least three minutes to do so.  That really breaks my flow when I'm using the program.

Furthermore, it's easy to break photoshop if you run one of the neural filters on a smart object and then resize it or crop the image.  Either fix this or don't let users run neural filters on smart objects at all.  Currently this will freeze or crash photoshop, or result in beach balls and error messages.  Thank you.
