Neural Filter Layer Panel Naming

I think it would be a better idea to apply the name of the Neural Filter within the Layer Panel, rather than just displaying "Neural Filter" for each element.  It takes time to open each filter to edit and you dont know which one is which, until you open them, or toggle the eye.  It would be much better to see the name at a glance.

Hi CMass,  The above image is what I am referring to... if you have more than one Neural Filter applied to an image.  In the Layers panel, it just refers to each individually as "Neural Filters", but not actually which one it is.  If you have to re-open a filter to adjust it, it can take some time for it to open and re-render, which impacts productivity, especially if you choose the wrong one.  I think many users would benefit from this simple change for speed of work and it would allow you to see at a glance what has been applied to the image.
