Can you show an image of the paint stroke you are able to achieve in another program, and the corresponding limited paint stroke in Photoshop?

yeah, I mean RGBA and even CMYKA  image as a brush dab.  I've seen such request for decades alredy  . Actions recod only strok path . not random placement  of  dabs  .   Otherwize we could  just recreate same  strokes  with a brush dub  for R , G , B  and A  separatly .

By RGBA, do you mean a full image (or a set thereof) to be used as an image nozzle? there is a request on the topic.
