Option to "prevent Alt from focusing main menu" like REAPER does in PS and all softwares

I found this feature for windows really annoying, when you press ALT key for a photoshop shortcut the first lette of the menus highlight and the machine get ready for a keyboard imput to open the menu tab that start with the same latter.

There absolutely no option to deactivate this feature on W11, it is forced on you, and the fact that has not been address to me is proof that adobe software tests are done only on apple machines and windows dosent care about common shortcuts of productive world-wide softwares so much this feature as I aready said is forced on you, eitherway I think is much more easy to adobe to find out an option for photoshop itself to ignore this feature than to me for say the same thing to microsoft.

This is not the case of a "common" use of photoshop however, I'm a concept artist and an illustrator, I do a lot of digital painting in PS, and I click ALT while using the brushtool for color picking really-really fast. The opening of this menu option with the very same key often makes the software stutter a little if done too fast, and this is annoying and slowing down my workflow. Maybe it's a niece things and there are not many that have not switched to kirita or other software made exclusively for digital painter but I used PS for 8 years and I'll like to keep using it.

The only solution for this thing I found is to create a macrokey for the ALT botton like in this video, but honesly I'm not happy to be forced to use a 3rd party software from a company which I pay to have a reasonably smooth workflow.

I also contacted support, the assisted me remotely without finding a single solution or even demonstrating to know what issue I was talking about and endud up saying " Just reinstall your wacom pen driver it's probably this " I do understand that few notices it so I dont blame the boy who assisted me at best of is knowledge. However I was expeting to find a better solution of a macro key. 

How to create a macro to fix it, thank the gods.

The solution of creating the macro is represented in this first video. While Adobe has not addressed the issue yet, other softwares are aware of this thing and have implemente solution or the " Prevent ALT from focusing main menu " in REAPER
