P: Ability to alphabetize Actions/Presets automatically

I concur.  Although you don't need to do it every day, it would make it a great deal easier when adding a new action to the list.

pretty sure most people would like that. it's pretty lame that ps has been around so long and no one has thought of this already. I've seen a lot of comments about wanting to do this on several message boards. it's not an uncommon thing for people to want that, and for many years. 

I'm afraid that there is no such capability in Photoshop.  Sorry.

If folks would like to share what such a feature would be really helpful to users workflows, I'd be happy to put in a feature request.
