Would be good if there is an option to automatically scale layer styles when scaling the entire layer. (Not to be build in on ,but to have an option to turn in on/off)

Thanks!

Wow Mr. Jeffrey Tranberry has don good job he has removed my topic also he has removed all comments of other people those who were satisfied with my topic, I don't know why they have only one answer & its only this: many people are using from layer menu & they like this way, also Mr. Jeffrey Tranberry tell to us that how u can you this method every one know this but I don't know why Adobe's employee do same thing, if they are saying many people are satisfied with our idea, then why don't provide link of those people ? b/c they can't there is no one who has written that I am happy with that, even after reading my this topic many people are like this but there answer will be given no, after few minutes they will also remove my these comments b/c they will never gonna add that little nice feature, & its very easy if any one don't wanted to use that will able be to turn off the check box or chain icon, & also I give up now, but Mr. Jeffrey Tranberry please don't remove these comments & check yourselves many people like this topic.

i 've tried out photoshop CS6 and my hope was that in this Version it could be possible to not only to scale layer effects but also to transform these effects. I could not find such a function.
Will it come in CS6?

Scale effects during the scaling object, in the control bar there is more space (Empty) & it wold be better if there will be added chain icon near the Effects icon when we select transform command on any effected(bending options/layer styled) layer we could click on chain icon to link it with transformation, b/c after applying new transformation, we won't need to go to the layer menu & then will scale effects.

All styles are scalable: they get scaled when applied to a new document (otherwise they wouldn't be very portable), and when the document is resized. But yes, non-proportional scaling is a problem. And we can't assume much about scaling in free transform - because it can scale, rotate, skew, perspective distort, warp, etc.

Hello, I guess that there is also the issue of non-proportional scaling.
I am wondering if Scale Effects from Jeffrey's suggestion could be pre-populated with the latest scale, if done immediately before.

Chris, I would imagine a checkbox in the option bar, or on the style's dialog.
The former allows for control at scaling time, in the later, the user decides, when creating the style, that is is a scalable one. (but that could cause problem when it is saved as a style, one might not remember that it is a scalable one)

You do have the option to scale the effects after you transform the layer by selecting Layer>Layer Style>Scale Effects...

When scaling a layer, there is no way to guess whether you are enlarging the layer or the total effect. When we tested this (Photoshop 6 or 7), most users wanted to scale the layer and keep the effects as-is (to match other elements in the document). We haven't come up with a good way to present such a choice in the UI, but also haven't revisited it in a while.

When scaling your image (Image SIze), there is an option to scale the layer styles as well.
