Feature request:
Ability (as in After Effects) to select multiple layers and change opacity, blend mode or say layer color tag.

It is now possible to change the blending mode for multiple layers in Photoshop CS6:

Note: If the selected layers have different blend modes, the pop-up will display the top most layers blend mode.

Please break out your request for the ability to change the color label for multiple layers.

Also, ability to collapse multiple layers' effect panel at once by selecting them and clicking the arrow.... Right now it only works for one layer.
