P: Customize History panel: Snapshot to stay at the top & add Thumbnails like the Layers panel

I would like the history panel snapshot to remain visible at the top at all times. Currently when the panel gets full, you have to scroll back to get the snapshots visible.

That’s a nice idea. It would be cool if the History panel also had Panel Options like Layers, Paths and Channels, that included thumbnail size options.
