P: Support for grids, guides and ruler tool for Photoshop for iPad

Many designers rely on grids and guides to keep layouts clean and aligned, especially when working on tablets. Hopefully Adobe adds this feature soon because it really improves workflow. By the way, when I’m taking a break from design work I usually watch movies on Smart Play, it’s a free streaming app with lots of content

I would LOVE to finally see this functionality in Ps for iPad! Pretty please, Photoshop team!!

This is utterly ridiculous that a basic tool like ruler is not on the iOS app! Even more a reason to cancel my subscriptions with Adobe

I’m confused. Why is this feature request Under Review? The Photoshop iPad app clearly states that this feature request is in Development.

Yup 100% you want me to pay just for iPad photoshop and you don’t have the most basic function. 
and yet they added AI to it. Like cool, don’t need it at all but how about the most basic necessities

I work for a software company and our product manager is always talking about the bottom line. As a software developer, I am always talking about making our existing product better for customers. 

Software subscriptions don't lead to a company working on things that their customers need to be implemented, what they do is give the company a stable bottom line so they can do more stock buybacks and executive compensation packages. It will take a lot of cancelled subscriptions to get corporate to take notice. Anything else leads to laughter from offices filled with your cash with executives Scrooge McDuck swimming in it.

The fact is, Adobe just doesn't care about the Community. 
It would take just one member of the core team to inspect the community feed, a couple of times each month, to realise that we have been asking for this feature for many years. 
Absolutely terrible optics for such a powerful corporation. 

Photoshop for iPad is useless without rulers and guides. How this so complicated for Adobe to add such a basic feature for many years is beyond my comprehension.
