P: Support scalable user interface UI for high resolution monitors

I'm using a high resolution monitor(2560x1600). As a result, all the the toolbar fonts and menu fonts are small and hard to see. I do not want to lower the screen resolution as this would defeat the purpose of this monitor.. Will the new CS6 have the ability to increase font sizes to accommidate Hi-Res monitors?

Thanks

Hi again... The workaround on the Br -> Camera RAW -> Ph issue is as follows: Download a release candidate for Camera RAW. Them in Br, select the files you want to work with and open in Ph (not Camera RAW). The files will first open Ph which automatically open Camera RAW with all files, and the correct scaling for the setting in Ph.
But again, it seems that Adobe should buy a UHD monitor to actually work out how it looks like and do some testing. Br is not a working App in the work flow. There are quite many glitches where this don't work in a proper way. As said before, the text sizes is supersmall and a magnifier is needed. And it is not in sync with other apps. Seems that this App is to be faced out? or am I wrong?

The question is what is the alternative of canceling my account: A software which is only uable by a magnify glass + pay a lot of money every month for it. I will use an old version of Photoshop in the meantime. But I understand that this won ́t work for every user.

I dislike the Cloud Licensing model.
I know that for some users it may actually be economically advantageous and for you it is an opportunity to give Adobe feedback.
But what are you going to use instead of Photoshop for image editing in the meanwhile?

But cloud licensing is also an advantige: e.g. I am not satisfied with the solution of high res monitor support in Adobe Photoshop CC; Conclusio: I will cancel my cloud account by Dec 2014. I think the cloud makes it more dynamic. I, as a client, can directly act by canceling the product till I am satisfied again or search for an alternative software.

»Why is adone still selling cs6 since they wont ever support high res monitors?«
Because some people do not want to take part in the Cloud Licensing model, I guess.

Gunnar, I think it ́s a fantastic comparison with NOKIA. Finally that happens to all dinosaurs...adaption or extinction 🙂

Hard to say, but it is quite clear that CC is not a unified software. Lack of skills and competence. Remember the fall of Nokia

Why is adone still selling cs6 since they wont ever support high res monitors? We just bought cs6, coming from final cut, and it is unfathomable what Adobe has done.

That is my biggest complaint that being able to see a menue or read a font SHOULD NOT BE A NEW FEATURE!

The UI scaling of photoshop CC is no feature. Its more like a work around. And it does not function well.
