P: Support scalable user interface UI for high resolution monitors

I'm using a high resolution monitor(2560x1600). As a result, all the the toolbar fonts and menu fonts are small and hard to see. I do not want to lower the screen resolution as this would defeat the purpose of this monitor.. Will the new CS6 have the ability to increase font sizes to accommidate Hi-Res monitors?

Thanks

Diane, I would get that exact same message, no matter what was in the message. I have a screenshot of that message when the only word in the message was "Adobe". Oh, the irony.

I was able to get past that by logging out and back in.

Of course, setting the window scaling at 175% totally defeats the purpose of even HAVING a high-rez display in the first place. Not exactly a good solution just to be able to use the software.

OK, tried this but where do I set the UI setting for camera raw? Cannot find any such setting which is needed. Still the same tiny UI. Only a kid with a supersharp eye can use the software. And actually, in the program management application window for CC, the letter and other info while installing, is so tiny that it is virtually impossible to see what is going on.
Anyway, I couldn't find a way to use this new feature to be able to use the sw camera raw in a proper way.
Also, in windows, there is a setting "Custom" for the scale. People complain that 200% is too much. I set it to 175%, which is pretty OK for a 31,5 inch display

Hi Diane, That dialog/message is from the GetSatisfaction platform used for this site. You'd have to ask them how the algorithm works.

Are you looking at the above image. I see no profanity in it at all.

Hi Diane, I've only removed one comment where another customer used the F word.

Why does Chris and Jeffrey Tranberry delete so many comments? This in itself is an indication of a major problem in an area. If this is deleted, I'll try to find the next level of management. There are many customers upset with Photoshops lack of response to just wanting a viewable size font on a HiRes monitor. We are continually being told this is a new feature. We only want what was taken away not something new

I do want to thank Adobe on one thing. Prior to the 2014.2 update, the use of the TKAction panel (custom panel) was almost unusable. Now, the controls scale to fit the host. Great work on this. Thanks.

Chris Cox, unfortunately, most of the complaints seem to be related to the fact that 200% is way too much scaling. I recognize that CC 2014 seems to draw it's own menus, rather than relying on the OS, but to choose a value that is no where near what the OS has natively doesn't seem to make sense.
