P: Support scalable user interface UI for high resolution monitors

I'm using a high resolution monitor(2560x1600). As a result, all the the toolbar fonts and menu fonts are small and hard to see. I do not want to lower the screen resolution as this would defeat the purpose of this monitor.. Will the new CS6 have the ability to increase font sizes to accommidate Hi-Res monitors?

Thanks

You are absolutely right. And here is the funniest point. When I made criticism about adobes monthly fee system connected with a real poor software improvement policy, the following deleting argument came:

Chris Cox, a moderator for Photoshop Family, gave this reason for the change: "ignoring answer already posted"

Maybe someone already made critism before. So if do the same thing, my post is deleted. I really don ́t think that this is o.k.

If failures do happen, one should stand for it and not delete the criticism as if nothing would have happened.

So do we have a scaled-up Photoshop now? I can't get it to match AI. I don't need GIANT text. I have to scroll back and forth in dropdowns - it's a pain. Photoshop of all apps is one where we need real estate.

If I post messages with ciritics, then these are called off topic? Sorry I don ́t understand that. It looks more like censorship.

THIS THREAD HAS BEEN CENSORED

If comments don ́t suit adobe, then this happens:

Chris Cox, a moderator for Photoshop Family, gave this reason for the change: "ignoring answer already posted"

In reallity my comment was a critic about adobes way of working with their subscriptors. This is really poor, deleting unwanted comments!

I'm in agreement with most folks here. I use Premiere and Photoshop daily and I struggle seeing it even with the 200% UI in effect. If I wasn't already comfortable with the menus I'd be lost in those programs. I'm using a Dell M3800 with a 3200 pixel wide screen. Love the machine, which was built for media software, but seeing clearly requires lowering the screen resolution of the machine.

So now, that ́s it. 200% UI for the next 3 years. maybe with the new Photoshop 2017 version we will have a scaling like in Illustrator.
We have to be patient and wait.

Yeah, Photoshop CC 2014 doesn't really support a scalable UI still... It's just super-tiny or mega-huge. Illustrator CC and InDesign CC do the scalable UI correctly by getting the scaling percentage from the Windows Display settings and scaling accordingly (as they should). Photoshop doesn't see the global settings for some reason. Obviously somebody at Adobe knows how to do it correctly.

Here's how the settings dialog looks in 200% mode on a Surface Pro 2:

Illustrator and InDesign do the UI scaling correctly and consistently:

Photoshop's 200% mode is too big for many screens:

I have the chance of using a monstrous mega menu or the tiny tiny one. Wow, now I am really impressed.

I also add the two pictures to compare. If anyone didn ́t read this thread thoroughly enough.
