Photoshop Distraction Removal AI - Select Customized Distractions

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in recommending this as a new feature within a future release of Photoshop. It is a way to "select" a particular distraction (see attached image—a single tire nub). Then, train or command Photoshop to find, select, and remove similar distractions while utilizing AI technology. Currently, the remove distractions feature is super limited. Is this already possible, and am I missing something I should already be aware of? Let me know your thoughts - OR - if anyone has suggestions on how to go about this another way?
