Photoshop - Feature Request

Being able to rotate the view of a document is extremely helpful. To add to that fucntionality it would be great if once the view is rotated you could have selection marquees and rotate, scale, distort, etc gizmos be aligned to the current view as well. This brief video gives a more in depth explanation of why this would be handy.

Also would really help out when working in the rotated view to have flip horizontal/vertical be aligned with the current view as well.
