photoshop generative fill not working

i am lomo creative owner. i purchase adobe photoshop & light room Photography plan. But Apart from Durga Puja, I could not use photoshop because of other festivals. It was sitting in between but that day it was not working, today and same problem." Please check your internet connection and try again."

Can you try some of the solutions in this thread to see if any are related to your setup in particular? If they don't feel free to post back with details about your firewall, if you have tried disabling, etc.
