Photoshop: Image processor script should include a way to change resolution

I have tousands 300 resolution tiff pictures. I use Image prosessor change dimensions 640 x 640 pixels. I hope Adobe can add Image prosessor tool "Change resolution" button. I want change pictures jpg format and resolution 72
