Photoshop loading screen photo is horrific. Please change it!!!

Please give the option to change that horrific, vomit-inducing picture on the opening screen of Photoshop. The picture of the woman in bright, obnoxious colors hurts my eyes physically and sours my mood before I try to get work done.
