Lets make a way to use photoshop text with added SFX and save it as a PSD file, then open the After effects software app, insert the photoshop text PSD file, transfer either driectly into the video or to the timeline, and then create a separate elipse tool circle within the after effects video, then combine both the custom photoshop PSD text file and the inner after effects elipse circle to create a custom rotating text via the anchor point.

This would be better posted within the After Effects forum.
Please do not repeatedly post the same idea though, it may be considered spam.

Lets try this..coming from a video editor, can the senior tech team and engineers develope a way using the type tool to start a text, then add whatever SFX graphics and fonts the consumer wants to use..then remove the canvas background by clicking the eyeball found in the layers section of the photoshop software..save the file as a PSD.

Now reopen the photoshop software and create an elipse tool from the left side toolbar..with that in place, insert your saved text PSD file by clicking the upper left photoshop file/place embedded/select file screen, insert the file into the new photoshop canvas with the elipse tool already made...and this is the point that the photoshop engineers will have to develope a programming code to combine both the PSD file and the elipse tool
