Photoshop Tool Shortcuts Limited to QWERTY — Need Support for Other Languages

Currently, Photoshop only allows tool shortcuts to be assigned using English (QWERTY) keyboard characters. For example, the Move Tool can only be assigned to the “V” key, even when using a different keyboard layout, such as Korean.

It would be highly beneficial if users could assign shortcuts based on their native keyboard layouts. For instance, allowing the Move Tool shortcut to be set to the Korean "ㅍ" key, which occupies the same physical position as “V” on a QWERTY keyboard. This would improve accessibility and workflow efficiency for users who primarily work in their local language environments.

I hope Adobe considers implementing this feature to better support global users.
