Photoshop UI on Mac is constantly shrinking

I'm not sure what your coders are doing but the UI - icons and text are just shrinking with each and every update. It's now to the point where the product is basically unuseable.

Most designers use large monitors. Personally I'm on an Apple Studio Display which uses the native resolution of 2560 x 1440. The version of Photoshop I am using is 26.6.0

I've attached screenshots with measurements so you can see how crazy small the icons are now - IT - IS - INSANE !!!!!!!! And why are the icons also not scaling when you scale the layer thumbnail size??????

No one should not have to strain and strain and strain to see the various tools, icons and text. It makes it so obscenely hard to use the program.

And PLEASE do not tell me to modify my monitor resolution each time I want to use your app. This then throws my whole system out of whack and I have to spend 30+ minutes resetting everything. This is NOT a viable option.

PLEASE fix this. This has been problematic for ages and is now going into a whole new level of crazy. FIX THIS!!!!!!!

I just bought a new 4K monitor but haven't really used it yet - I have my macbookpro, a crappy cheap monitor and a new BenQ. I spend too much time on my couch with my macbook pro. Hopefully engineering will adapt the interface as our technology changes. I'm going to change this to ideas because it's not really bug - it's more of a please fix this thing.

thanks melissa but i have already done that. nothing works save modifying your monitor's resolution - and this is not an appropriate solution. this has been going on for years and now is just worse than ever with new tools being developed and/or UI panels being endlessly modified with icons shrinking, shrinking, shrinking.

Have you adjusted the prefernces? You can change the size of the UI...
