Photoshop, Youtube Shorts UI Size 9:16 ??

For youtube shorts tutorials, a mode should come to photoshop, a setting with automatic 9:16

If you're creating a video, when you create a new document (File > New...) you can select from one of the Film & Video intents in the New Document dialog to create a 16:9 document. If you want it to be 9:16, then you can change it from landscape to portrait in the same dialog on the right side under Orientation.
