Pie Menu (Radial Menu) within Photoshop

A Pie Menu (Radial Menu) would be very efficient and useful in Photoshop. It has already proven very useful in Autodesk Alias, or Blender, for example. Once set up, you can access function extremely fast, usually you don't even have to take the time to read the menu, you just go with muscle memory.

You could assign so many functions to it: Brushes, Custom Actions, New Layer, Undo,  layer modes etc. 

It would also work very nicely with a graphic tablet and its pen
