Please add an option to set a default file type for "Save as Copy"

Obviously the default file type for the normal Save As is going to be PSD, but if I'm using save as copy, I'd like the ability to set my default file type to PNG, or whatever format I'm frequently using at the time.

Yeah it's really frustrating having to select the file type every single image, especially if you're saving a lot of images back to back.

The weird thing is, Photoshop has ocassionally defaulted to certain non-PSD formats in Save as Copy, but it seems rare and I don't know what triggered it.

Yes, I need this feature!

I always use 'save a copy' and choose the WebP file for images on blogs so they are smaller in size. I probably do dozens of such images daily so making this process way smoother/faster could save up so much time for me.

Actually, that's a sensible request that should have a setting in Preferences. But no, I don't think it's possible now.
