Please add support for exporting JXL (JPEG XL) to Photoshop for the Web

Please consider adding native JPEG XL (.jxl) export functionality to Photoshop on the web. While Adobe introduced support for importing and exporting JPEG XL in Photoshop Desktop, the browser-based application currently lacks this export capability. Introducing this feature to the web version would resolve a notable capability gap between desktop and browser-based workflows.

Key Rationale and Workflow Benefits:
- Cross-Platform Feature Parity: Creative workflows increasingly transition between desktop environments and browser-based editing on secondary workstations and remote setups. The inability to export JXL files directly from Photoshop on the web interrupts this pipeline.
- Superior Compression Efficiency: JPEG XL delivers superior compression ratios compared to legacy JPEG and alternative modern image formats while preserving fine detail, sharp edges, and complex textures without objectionable compression artifacts.
- Advanced Color and HDR Fidelity: As web standards increasingly embrace High Dynamic Range (HDR) displays and Wide Color Gamut (WCG) assets, JPEG XL provides native support for bit depths exceeding 8 bits per channel, broad color spaces, and floating-point imagery.
- Lossless and Alpha Channel Support: Enabling JXL export will allow web creators to export images with lossless compression and full alpha transparency at file sizes smaller than equivalent PNG or WebP files.

Integrating native JPEG XL export will ensure Photoshop on the web continues to support modern delivery formats for digital photographers and web professionals.
