Please give me more flexibility in setting shortcut keys.

Photoshop has a space key + drag to move the canvas, but
I always make a mistake when I go back and forth between Photoshop and Blender.

I would like to be able to move the canvas by Alt+drag like in my Blender.

The current shortcut key customization has many reserved keys, and I can't seem to set detailed settings such as combinations.

Please let me customize with a high degree of freedom!
