Pop up tutorials

I'd love to see a way to disable the pop up tutorials and new features. They are buggy and i already know how to use the features but they keep showing up. Generative Fill, for example, shows a screen I can't dismiss. Same with after using GF, i have to go to a video. No necessary. Or at least give the option to disable.
