I have a hatred for subscription models, please allow a once off purchase for access to photoshop, even without the CC, I just want the ability to use photoshop without paying > $180 every single year.

Correct, but it needs to change. I am not alone on this issue, I want Photoshop for iOS as a once-off payment, not a subscription. I do not need "Creative Cloud", I already pay for iCloud storage. Currently it works out to over $120 every single year, this is not acceptable. Do some searches online for "adobe greedy" or "adobe too expensive" and you will see what I mean.

Just Photoshop for iOS without any cloud capability, I just want to be able to edit photos with a full version of photoshop, not "Photoshop Mix" or any other spin-off. A once-off fee rather than subscription.

Pricing for the Photography plan (Photoshop and Lightroom @$9.99/mo) has not changed since it was introduced in 2013.

To be clear Nick G,

Are you asking for a Photoshop Mobile only plan that does not grant access to large amounts of cloud storage or entitle use of the Photoshop desktop product? This is much like the Lightroom Mobile only plan currently offered?

Or, are you asking for a Mobile only app purchase - with no cloud access?

Or, are you asking for a Desktop/Mobile app purchase - with no cloud access?

They are three quite different items. It helps to be clear in what you are asking for.
