PS 22 so slow on Macbook Air M1

I have performance problems with PS22 and my new Macbook Air M1.

Loading time ist very lange, Sky Replacement freezes  my Mac..

Exporting a image....crashes my Mac..

Its hortible. My Windows 11 notebook is much faster than the Macbook Air...thats horrible!!
