I am on chrome os, and I am talking about this screen.

Hi @Glitch_128, thank you for your question. Curious what browser and verson and OS you are on? We are seeing both the light and gray interface here, or are you referring to the landing page of Ps on the web? If that is the page you are talking about, there is not a dark and light setting.  If that is so, we would be happy to add your feedback as a feature request.
